How fast can you give me a quote?
Most quotes go out the same day — many within an hour during business hours. Send a photo and a quick description through the quote form or text us directly.
Do you charge for estimates?
Estimates from photos and texts are always free. On-site estimates are free for projects we expect to be over $300. Smaller jobs roll the visit into the hourly minimum.
What's your hourly rate?
We use an hourly + flat-rate mix. Common jobs (TV mount, faucet swap, gutter clean) are flat-rate so you know the cost upfront. Catch-all repair lists are billed hourly with a one-hour minimum.
Do you work with property managers and Airbnb hosts?
Yes — that's a big chunk of what we do. We can be your one-text fix-it crew with priority response, repeat-client pricing, and direct billing.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance, and gas line work is performed under proper apprentice/journeyman supervision per Idaho code. Documentation is available on request.
What areas do you cover?
Meridian, Boise, Eagle, Nampa, Kuna, Star, Caldwell, and Garden City. Outside that radius? Ask — we'll usually still come if it's a fair-sized job.
How do I pay?
Card, ACH, Venmo, or check on completion. Property managers and Airbnb hosts can set up monthly billing.
